The Missouri Headwaters Partnership (MHP) is a collaboration of nine upper Missouri watershed groups. They are working together to assist upper Missouri conservation groups in improving local water availability, water quality, ranchland health, and to address the issues of invasive plants.
The 2009 event will be the sixth annual gathering highlighting conservation issues of interest and importance in the Upper Missouri. The MHP welcomes all those interested to attend this no-cost event. The Big Hole Watershed Committee (BHWC), one of the founding members, will be available to discuss their work and provide information on their current watershed activities.
The evening’s festivities will start at 6:00 pm with a potluck dinner at the Twin Bridges High School cafeteria (210 W. 6th Ave., Twin Bridges, MT). The presentations will begin at 7:00 pm.
For more information, please contact BHWC at (406) 490-4364, nparwana@bhwc.org, or visit the website at www.bhwc.org.
