The Big Hole Watershed Committee was recently feature in a fantastic feature article in Montana Outdoors magazine. The article does an excellent job of capturing the spirit of “Shared Sacrifice, Shared Success” that has made the Big Hole what it is today. It also includes some great fishing tips!
This second article, published by the Montana Standard, goes into detail regarding the history of the Big Hole Valley, recognizing the importance of the landscape to Native American tribes, touching on the “discovery” by Lewis & Clark, and bringing us up to present-day. It’s definitely an interesting read!
