Section 4: MFWP Maiden Rock FAS to Tony Schoonen FAS, has reached Prepare for Conservation status. The DMP phone tree has been implemented for Section 4.

Hoot Owl restrictions, which restrict fishing after 2:00 PM, are still in effect on Big Hole River Sections 2, 4, and 5 due to high water temperatures.
